能够使用常用测量工具进行测量和检验（如：卡尺、拉力计，千分尺等) / Able to apply the common measuring tools for measuring and inspection (e.g., calipers, tension gauges, micrometers etc.)
懂得相关测试如防水/阻燃/色牢度/抗UV/抗撕裂测试等 / Know the relative lab tests such as waterproofing/ fireproofing/ color fastness/ UV/ pulling tests etc
有ERP系统应用经验且能够运用办公软件进行报告汇总 / Rich experience in ERP system and able to finish the quality report with the office software Word/Excel/PPT
能够适应出差和驻厂品质稽核 / Able to accept the business trip and on-site audit in supplier factory
大学毕业，机械，电子电气，材料等专业. 优先考虑机械和/或电子/电气相关专业 / College above, majored in mechanical, E&E. Mechanical and/or electricals/electronics related major is preferred
6年相关工程品质经验, 优先考虑了解儿童安全产品知识，例如汽车座椅和婴儿车等相关产品经验 / 6 years above in engineering and quality filed, Juvenile safety products like car seat and stroller knowledge are preferred
具有工艺/制造工程师、产品及工艺工程师（PIE）、工业工程师或机械设计工程师的工作经验 / Greater as Process/manufacturing engineer, PIE engineer, IE
在新产品开发部门中担任质量工程师超过2年，或从事相关的品质工程工作（直接面对供应商、客户或过程管理） / Over than 2 years working as Quality engineer in new product development or directly facing supplier, customer or in-process management
能使用solid works等绘图软件，数字统计软件 / Able to use Solidworks, Autocad and statics tools
熟练掌握公差研究和GD&T（几何尺寸和公差） / versed on tolerance study and GD&T
对成品或组件的测试、质量和产品可靠性有深入的了解 / Great knowledge in testing, quality and product reliability for finished products or components
在机械结构产品方面，如塑料和金属，具有丰富的知识和应用经验 / Strong knowledge and application experience in mechanical structure products, like plastics and metals
曾在IATF 16949和ISO13485质量体系下工作，具有使用MSA（测量系统分析）、SPC（统计过程控制）、FMEA（失效模式及影响分析）、PPAP（生产件批准程序）和APQP（高级产品质量计划）作为解决问题或客户/供应商管理工具的实践经验 / Ever worked under IATF 16949 and ISO13485 quality system, practical experience utilizing MSA/SPC/FMEA/PPAP/APQP as tools in problem solving or customer/supplier management
具有10年以上从事注塑行业生产技术与5年以上生产管理工作经验 / More than 10 years of experience in production technology and more than 5 years of production management in the injection molding industry
熟悉注塑生产流程 / Familiar with injection molding production process
具备注塑机和辅助设备熟练操作。生产工艺参数优化 / Skilled operation of injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment, optimization of production process parameters
具有对生产各环节和活动很好的控制能力 / Have the ability to control all production links and activities
